1)Understands company business short term and long term strategy, to meet the customer requirements.
2) Knows how to close contract negotiation with the customer.
3) Builds up and maintains good relationship with customers.
4) Achieves the assigned sales revenue target of the company.
5) Achieves new design to win business target.
6) Follows up company strategies and sales plans to develop the business in the defined regions. - -
7) Builds new customer and business
8) Establishes the initial of internal business unit and external contact channel with the customers.
9) Follows customer payment
10) Works with customers for forecasting and purchase order gaining.
11) Weekly updates the project status and supports for regular report
